To reschedule or cancel your class, enter the email address or phone number that was used in the original registration:

Cancellation does not automatically guarantee a refund. Refunds are issued in accordance with refund policies agreed to at the time of your original registration.

Free rescheduling options are provided only once per registration, if notification of non-attendance was provided prior to the class. Fees may be accessed for multiple reschedules or in the case of a no-call, no-show.
